Rahsaan "New York" Thomas is a prolific writer, documentary filmmaker, and podcaster. A native of Brownsville, Brooklyn, Thomas spent nearly 23 years in California state prisons before being paroled in February this year. In a fireside chat format with David Alm and Thomas, we will discuss his life's journey and his work in journalism.
